The decision to
establish Coaching Interactive sprung from the belief that coaching
should be common property. Seeing as how anyone can benefit from coaching, we
searched for ways of reaching the critical mass of clients and sparking
awareness in them to what coaching can do for them, it was clear to us that our
clientele are at home, in large and small organizations, and that the best way
of reaching this crowd is through coaches and the internet. Using the internet
as an interactive tool, allows creating a user friendly environment where people
can be coached and introduced into this enriching and developing world.
We at Coaching
Interactive see our vision as bringing as many people as possible closer to
growth. Today, the scope of customers a coach reaches is an average of 20
clients. Our
mission is to enable any
person in the world to grow to their full potential by using the best people,
content and tools available online.
In our opinion, the
way to realize our vision is only by mutual cooperation of coaches and coaching
schools around the globe, with common unifying objectives. This is an
outstanding opportunity for synergic cooperation that will help increase and
fulfill the latent potential of coaching. We bring the word of working together,
creating common events that will spark awareness in the clientele, creating
internet challenges that will bring in more and more clients, publishing books
in the coaching field- books that create awareness of coaching and personal
growth, holding seminars and workshops for clients, publishing articles in the
newspapers and sending emails to potential clients.
As part of our
activities at Coaching Interactive, we have decided to publish a monthly
magazine, Coachletter. The magazine will be an infrastructure for us and
for the coaching community together, to create the reality we strive for, a
living, breathing, communicating and cooperating community with common goals and
interests.
Publishing the
magazine presents added value to coaches on a weekly basis, and is a meeting
place for people with a common occupational field to upload content and
discussions on coaching subjects. The magazine is a stage for coaches and
coaching schools from which to inform the community of study days, seminars and
meetings. We are
also making accessible to you, the coaches, a reservoir of coaching content,
coaching tools, tips and materials from this field that will add additional
value to any coach, whoever he may be. The magazine is a product of the teamwork
of coaches in Israel who share a vision
of bringing more and more clients closer to reaching their personal potential,
out of a clear understanding that joining coaching forces in the market will
bring us all closer to realizing this vision.
